Tim is a second-generation real estate agent/appraiser and has been involved in the real estate industry for over 20 years with 10 years as a real estate appraiser in the family business.  Tim treats every client as if they were his only client.  His level of professionalism, customer service, and dedication to his clients is what sets him apart from other agents.  Tim’s experience as an appraiser gives him a unique edge to the way he views and values properties for his clients; that combined with his marketing degree gives his clients an advantage when selling their property.
